					| Cubs Suffer 11-4 Home Defeat |
					| The Boston Red Sox defeated the Chicago Cubs, 11-4, in American League action at Wrigley Field. Rafael Devers pulled his weight. The 8-year veteran went 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Juan Cervantes, who is tied for 2nd in the AL in complete games with 1, was the winner. He's now 6-4. The loser was Nick Travieso. Chicago, at 45-53, has lost 5 straight.
Devers contributed in the top of the fifth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single. It was one at-bat among others that helped Boston get the win.

"We're not really clicking on anything right now," said Chicago manager Warren Schaeffer.
