Chicago third baseman Kevin Wilson had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Wilson was 3-4 with 2 doubles and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2, even as Houston beat the Cubs, 8-7. Houston reliever José Morán got the win, raising his record to 5-7. Orlando Romero was tagged with the loss. The defeat makes Chicago 39-45.

U-suk Ok was the walk-off hero for Houston. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Astros shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It's great when the crowd gets into it," Ok said.
