Riding the 2-hit performance of the 22-year old catcher Oliver Toribio, the WL Astros stopped the WL Orioles, 7-1. WL reliever Luis J. Castro got the win, raising his record to 2-2. Miguel B. Gonzalez was tagged with the loss. The Astros bumped their record to 10-9 with this latest triumph.

The Astros picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
