Twins Lose, 6-5, to Boston (GCL)
The Boston (GCL) Red Sox picked up a win at Hammond Stadium, knocking off the Minnesota (GCL) Twins, 6-5. Starting pitcher Sam Taylor was a big reason why. Phil Hester finished the game for Boston (GCL) and earned his 2nd save. The Red Sox, at 28-4, have now won 4 straight.

In the top of the sixth inning with one out, Boston (GCL) first baseman Rocky Fox hit a 3-run home run. It made the score 5-2, Red Sox. For the day, Fox went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.
