Baltimore shortstop Carlos Correa pounded Washington Nationals pitchers at Nationals Park, but it was not enough to keep the Orioles from falling, 11-10. Correa slugged 3 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored three times. Washington reliever Alejandro Viloria snagged the win, upping his record to 3-0. Jung-ho Chang shouldered the loss. With the win, Washington upped its record to 29-17.

The Nationals got a clutch hit from left fielder Jeremy Austin. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Nationals.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Austin.
