Princeton Rays starter Dan Wallace pitched his team past the Johnson City Cardinals, 1-0. The first-place Rays have won 4 straight.
Up to bat in the bottom of the tenth, 23-year old center fielder Ben Young had a chance to be the hero. Johnson City pitcher Dan Bradford wanted to foil that plan. But with one out, Young drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Rays had themselves a thrilling win.
"I went out and just tried to do my job," said Wallace.
