Fans saw a dandy of a game between the Pulaski Yankees and Elizabethton Twins.

The Pulaski Yankees did just enough to sneak past the Elizabethton Twins, 3-2, at Calfee Park. Pulaski pitcher Mike Taylor, in particular, had a standout performance. Earning his 7th save for Pulaski was Joe Green.

In the bottom of the seventh, Pulaski shortstop Geoffrey Lee hit a 2-run single to center field. The clutch hit made it, 3-1, Yankees.

"Mike -- his tempo and rhythm were good," said Yankees manager Shin-Soo Choo. "He was the key to us winning."

With the victory, the Yankees upped their record to 18-16.
