The Kingsport Mets picked up a win at Hunter Wright Stadium, knocking off the Bluefield Blue Jays, 4-0. Starting pitcher Fouad Lacoste was an essential part of his team's success. Duane Turner closed the door for Kingsport, picking up his 4th save of the year. With the win, Kingsport upped its record to 20-12.
