The Burlington Royals did just enough to sneak past the Pulaski Yankees, 4-3, at Burlington Athletic Stadium. Burlington pitcher Kevin Todd, in particular, had a standout performance. Kevin McCormick earned his 3rd save, after closing out the game. By defeating Pulaski, the 4th-place Royals improved to 7-11.

Kevin Todd was masterful. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits over 8 innings.

"Kevin can bring it," said Burlington manager Bartolo Colon.
