Pulaski catcher Steve Hines helped his team beat the Elizabethton Twins, 4-3. Hines went 3 for 4 for the Yankees. The loss makes Elizabethton 6-7.

Hines had a game-changing double in the bottom of the eighth. On a 0-1 fastball from Alvin Long, he banged a run-scoring double to center, giving the Yankees a 4-3 lead. It was the 1st double of the year for Hines.

Hines said his team "played with determination."
