Parsons Hits Two Homers in 17-7 Win for Tri-City
In the 17-7 Tri-City win over Mahoning Valley, the impact of Joe Parsons was substantial. Parsons was 4-5 with 2 home runs and 2 singles. He scored 4 times and drove in 6. With the win, the ValleyCats sit at 11-6.

Estaçio Corunha was 1-1 with a walk for Tri-City. The 22-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 6-6 tie with a run-scoring walk off Steve Cox. It was his 4th walk of the season.

"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said Parsons.
