Doubledays Thrill Fans with 4-2 Win
West Virginia got a big-time effort from pitcher Héctor Murillo, but it wasn't enough to keep the Auburn Doubledays from winning the game, 4-2. Murillo threw 8.2 innings of 5-hit ball for the losing team. Reliever Edgardo Souza picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Bruno Dennis took the loss. Auburn goes to 6-10, West Virginia to 9-7.

The Doubledays were down to their final out when second baseman Irving Sutton turned a full count splitter from Bruno Dennis into a 3-run home run. The walk-off home run made the Falcon Park crowd go wild.

"Enough drama for you?" winked Doubledays manager Takanobu Sato after the game.
